Angelica Saavedra is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience advising clients on complex litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters. Her practice focuses on helping organizations navigate high-stakes disputes and operate effectively within heavily regulated environments.

Angelica’s experience spans both private practice and senior government service. She began her career representing corporate clients in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts, and advising on cross-border transactions and legal due diligence. She later served as a senior attorney and program director at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where she provided legal and strategic counsel on the governance and oversight of large-scale federal funding programs. In that role, she also represented the agency in administrative appeals and arbitrations involving significant financial exposure.

In addition to her government service, Angelica has advised multinational organizations on transactional and regulatory matters and supported executive leadership in managing enterprise risk, compliance strategy, and complex stakeholder engagements. She is known for her ability to translate complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable guidance aligned with business objectives.
