About Beth B. Moore

Beth B. Moore serves as Senior Counsel to Founders Legal’s entertainment practice and supports the firm’s corporate and intellectual property teams.

Beth brings a wealth of experience advising clients across the arts and entertainment industries, with a particular focus on music, film, television, literature, video games, esports, social media, and technology. She is a trusted legal and business advisor, guiding clients through entity formation, corporate governance, investment strategies, contract negotiations, and due diligence. Her keen legal acumen, combined with her fine-tuned listening skills (she is an avid vinyl record collector, after all), makes her an invaluable advocate for creatives, entrepreneurs, and investors alike.

Beth is highly skilled in managing intellectual property portfolios, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and IP licenses. Her clientele ranges from emerging artists and producers to individual and corporate investors to a top-100 accounting firm and a billion-dollar software company. She takes pride in empowering her clients with a clear understanding of their contractual, constitutional, and intellectual property rights, providing strategic counsel to help them navigate the commercial landscape of their creative and business endeavors.

In 2018, Beth answered the call to public office, serving as the elected representative for Georgia’s House District 95 through 2023. As the only entertainment attorney in the Georgia legislature at the time, she played a pivotal role in advocating for the creative arts industries at the state level. Her dedication earned her the esteemed “Friend of Film Award” in 2019 from the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition. Beth’s unique blend of legal expertise and legislative experience positions her as an invaluable resource for clients looking to maximize local incentives and navigate industry challenges.

Beth remains deeply committed to community engagement, serving on the Decide DeKalb Entertainment Advisory Board, offering mentorship through Arté GA (Georgia’s only nonprofit Latinx arts organization), and participating in Women in Film and Television Atlanta (WIFTA) and Georgia Production Partnership (GPP).

Beyond her legal practice, Beth enjoys playing piano, attending concerts, antiquing, gardening, and exploring the outdoors—whether hiking in the North Georgia mountains or biking Atlanta’s extensive trailway system. A seasoned SCUBA diver, she has explored the waters of the Cayman Islands, Belize, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the Florida Keys, the Outer Banks, and Hawaii.

Beth’s extensive legal, political, and industry experience, combined with her passion for the arts, makes her an exceptional addition to Founders Legal and its growing entertainment law practice.
