About Elena Rogers
Elena is a business transactional attorney in the firm’s business & corporate law practice group. Elena’s practice focuses on providing legal counsel to her clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including initial formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
Elena enjoys working with new and growing businesses by supporting their legal functions and processes throughout their business lifetime.
Originally from Richmond, VA, Elena graduated from James Madison University where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a concentration in European Business. She later earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a member of the Georgia Law Review.
