Regulatory Compliance
Like other forms of private capital funds (like angel, private equity and venture capital funds), funds organized for the purpose of investing in real estate have a wide variety of Federal and State securities laws with which they must comply. Many of the requirements overlap, but, there are also special rules and exceptions that only apply to real estate related funds, and Founders Legal is experienced in advising its clients with respect to all general and special compliance aspects.
