ABOUT AMIT:

Amit is a business transactional attorney in the firm’s business & corporate law practice group. Amit’s practice focuses on providing legal counsel to his clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and corporate representation, entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business tax planning as well as technology-related matters.

Prior to joining Founders Legal, Amit began his career with a Big 4 accounting firm where he counseled his clients on a variety of tax matters. Amit leverages his background in taxation to help his clients implement their overarching business strategies in the most tax-efficient manner.

Originally from Perry, GA, Amit graduated from the University of Georgia where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2012. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2015 and later went on to obtain his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida School of Law in 2016.
