ABOUT JOSHUA SLOVIN:
Josh is a business transactional attorney in the firm’s business & corporate law practice group. Josh’s practice focuses on providing legal counsel to his clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including initial formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Josh also assists clients in technology-related matters in the areas of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs.
Josh has a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed in their business ventures. Strong performing functional areas are critical for a business to succeed. Josh desires to be the strong legal backbone for the business by effectively and efficiently handling the legal needs and helping the business be “ahead of the game” by constantly surveying the business’s legal landscape.
Originally from Johns Creek, GA, Josh graduated from the University of Georgia where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration. He later earned his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law, where he finished in the top 15% of his class and was a member of the Mercer Law Review.
